Released for public sale in 2004, the KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt was developed due to consumer demand, in cooperation with experts and professional athletes. It offers the user maximum comfort while wearing, additional support and warmth in the lumbar area of the spine, while still allowing full flexibility of the body.
The KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt package contains:

- Elastic Straps for additional usage
By holding close to your spine in your lower back, the KosmodiskSystem of ribs directly stimulate the skin, muscles, and blood vessels, providing gentle massage to the applied area. That in turn soothes your muscles and reduces tension. The KosmodiskSystem™ of ribs retain body heat, providing the user warmth and further soothing the applied area.
The belt is made of a high quality cotton-polyamide elastic material, pleasant to touch and wear. Unique attachment system of the lumbar Kosmodisk offers two options of usage: with the belt or with elastic straps.

Instructions for Use
KOSMODISK® works due to its shape, and does not use any additional energy sources, such as magnets or batteries. KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt should be used whenever low back pain strikes. We recommend using it for 10-20days - during which time the product should be worn for at least three hours per day. If you choose to wear it for longer periods of time, occasionally unfasten it so that your body does not become too dependent on the support.
The KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt can be worn either over or under light weight clothing. However you will experience the best effects when wearing KOSMODISK® directly on the skin. The ribbed part of the KOSMODISK® should always be turned towards the body. You may stop using KOSMODISK® when the pain subsides or disappears.
The lumbar Kosmodisk can be easily removed from the back belt and applied on the elastic straps within a minute with four unique clips (sliders). This combination is more suitable while resting or sleeping.
After using it for a longer period you can wash the lumbar Kosmodisk with warm water and a brush. Use a biodegradable soap which does not irritate the skin. Do not attempt to wash your lumbar Kosmodisk in your washing machine. The belt is machine washable at 40°C. Do not wash it at higher temperatures, because you can damage it. DO NOT iron the belt!
The KOSMODISK will work as long as its shape remains undamaged. Inspect the product for any damage before using the KOSMODISK
