The KOSMODISK® should be used when pain strikes. We recommend using the KOSMODISK® for 10-20 days – during which the KOSMODISK® should be worn for at least three hours per day. You can stop using the KOSMODISK® when the pain subsides or disappears.

The KOSMODISK® should be worn on bare skin or over light clothing. The ribbed part of the KOSMODISK® should always be turned towards the body. Before using the KOSMODISK®, inspect the device for any damage.

WARNING: If you are not sure about using KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt or back pain continues, consult your doctor.

- Make sure not to fasten the back belt too firmly (only so much, that you still feel comfortable and relaxed). The KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt should not be used as a back brace.

- Choose the appropriate size (M, L, XL or XXL), we suggest you measure your waist.

- Occasionally unfasten the back belt for the body not to get too used to it.

-You may wear the KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt while you sleep, providing you with gentle massaging relief all night long.

Please always use the KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt in such way that the ribbed part of Kosmodisk is attached to your body. It may be worn on the bare skin or placed on top of your underwear or light clothes. Before applying kosmodisk, please make sure it is not damaged.


Wrap the KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt around your hip thus comfortably placing the device to the lower back (see picture); fasten the belt to the front. Place the narrower part of Kosmodisk with the three ribs upside. Don't fasten the belt too tightly.

The belt is made of 54 % polyamide, 18 % cotton and 28 % spandex. It is machine-washable at 40ºC. Please make sure to close the belt prior to washing and remove the sliders and the lumbar kosmodisk. Shrinking: up to –2 % in length, up to –5 % in width. Manners of care are also stated on the label of the belt.

The lumbar part of kosmodisk is made of medical PVC granulate. We recommend to clean it after repeated use with warm water and a soft brush. Only use biologically immaculate detergents. Do not machine wash kosmodisk.

The KOSMODISK PRESTIGE Car Application is a special KOSMODISK® model made for the use in vehicles (cars, buses, coaches, trucks). It provides additional support to the back as well as gentle massage to relieve back pain in the lower back and spine area caused by constant vibration of driving and long periods of sitting.

The KOSMODISK PRESTIGE Car Application is comprised of a long KosmodiskSystem™ of ribs dressed in a cover made of polyamide microfiber.

The cover comes in the following three basic colours:

• blue
• grey
• beige

The KOSMODISK PRESTIGE Car Application works by providing the user better back support and improved posture while driving.

It works as long as its shape remains unchanged. The KosmodiskSystem™ of ribs massages the lower back and spine area as well as offers additional support and improved posture to the back, hence driving with the Car Application is less tiring and more comfortable . You will best feel the beneficial effects of the KOSMODISK® if you wear light clothing.

Apply the KOSMODISK PRESTIGE to the backrest of any vehicle seat so that the even part faces the seat, the ribbed KOSMODISK® part is turned towards the front and is in contact with the body while sitting. You can easily apply KOSMODISK PRESTIGE Car Application to an office chair.

We recommend the Car Application to all drivers as well as their co-passengers who spend a large amount of their time in the vehicle. We especially recommend it those who daily spent a large amount of their time in the vehicle or are planning a longer trip.

Apply the KOSMODISK PRESTIGE to the backrest of the vehicle seat so that the even part faces the seat, the ribbed kosmodisk part is turned towards the front and is in contact with the body while sitting.

1. Open the clip fastened to the elastic strap.
2. Bring the lower part of the elastic strap around the seat.
3. Pull the clip through the fork of the head rest and fasten behind.
4. Use slider to regulate the length of the elastic strap.

KOSMODISK PRESTIGE Car Application is available in one size and can be fixed to both front seats.

The cover is made of a two-layered material, protected by an additional water repellent layer. The upper layer of the material is made of polyamide microfibres in compliance with the ISO 1833 norm. The lower material layer is composed of: 55 % cotton, 45 % polyester.

The materials distinguish themselves by a high durability, resistance against wear, colour resistance (ISO I 2947-2) as well as easy cleaning.

Remove stains with a well soaked cloth and clean with a neutral washing powder. You can also use a soft brush. Do not use any type of solvents or acetones! For more persistent stains we recommend the following cleaning procedure:

* MILK, COFFEE, TEA: use 10 % of ammonia solution,
* JUICES AND WINE: use a 50 % mixture of water and vinegar,
* FAT, OIL: absorb stains with a dry absorptive cloth,
* CHOCOLADE, CARAMEL, BLOOD: use 5 % of ammonia solution,
* MAKE-UP: use 5 % of ammonia or 90 % of ethylene alcohol.

The colour of the top material layer may fade if exposed to strong and lengthy sunlight. Belts may additionally damage the cover; thus we recommend not to wear any belts during longer journeys.

After using the Spine Massager and/or Lower Back Massager for a longer period you can wash the KosmodiskSystem™ of ribs with warm water and a brush. Use a biodegradable soap which does not irritate the skin. Do not attempt to wash your Kosmodisk in your washing machine. The Kosmodisk will work as long as its shape remains undamaged.
