KOSMODISK® products are supportive back braces, designed to relieve or remedy pain in the spine and lower back area by providing gentle massage to reduce muscular tension.  The KOSMODISK CLASSIC package contains:

Instructions for Use

KOSMODISK® works due to its shape, and does not use any additional energy sources, such as magnets or batteries.  KOSMODISK® should be used whenever back pain strikes. We recommend using it for 10-20days - during which time the product should be worn for at least three hours per day.

KOSMODISK® can be worn either over or under light weight clothing.  However you will experience the best effects when wearing KOSMODISK® directly on the skin.  The ribbed part of the KOSMODISK® should always be turned towards the body.  You may stop using KOSMODISK® when the pain subsides or disappears.

KOSMODISK® will work as long as its shape remains unchanged.  Before using KOSMODISK®, inspect the product for any damage.  

Avoid using the KOSMODISK® in situations where excessive pressure or a direct blow to it is likely to occur.  The KOSMODISK CLASSIC Spine Massager is not suitable for children under 12 years old.

To clean, simply wash it with warm water and a brush.  Use a biodegradable soap which does not irritate the skin.  Do not attempt to wash your KOSMODISK® in your washing machine.
