Terms of Use
When choosing the country for purchasing the product prices are in local currencies and may differ. We hold the right to change the prices daily in all the Kosmodisk internet sites, unless it is specifically stated otherwise (in the case of special offers and discounts). Valid are the prices confirmed by the customer upon product purchase on the local webstore.
KOSMODISK® brand products can be paid upon delivery or by installments (stated in local Kosmodisk webstores). Purchase contract is stored on the seat of the company and can be sent to you upon written request. Write us a mail on the following address:
When your order is finished you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all details regarding your order.
Delivery information
All products that are currently on stock will be delivered within 3 or 10 working days depending on local country, from the day you successfully placed your order through the national post agency. Delivery costs are charged according to the valid tariff of the local national post agency.
If we will not be able to deliver the ordered products in the allocated time frame, we will notify you of the delay by using the contact information, you provided upon your order.
Legal entities – proforma invoice
In case of a product order by legal entities, payment is performed through proforma invoice and ordered products are delivered to the customer in the agreed delivery time, after the payment is finished.
