The manufacturer guarantees that KOSMODISK® brand products are in perfect condition and will serve their purpose in accordance to the instruction manual added to the product.

For KOSMODISK® system – a unique rib shape, manufactured from the tested hypoallergenic nylon – the manufacturer guarantees a lifetime warranty, however only when the product is being used according to the instruction manual.
- If the KOSMODISK® brand products will not help you or if you will not be satisfied with them, you can return them in 30 days following your purchase and we will refund you the money you paid less the cost of any postage and handling.

If you are returning a product or if you would like to send us back a malfunctioning product, please contact our reclamation centre on the telephone number 1300 152 449 or via email to contactus@kosmodisk.com.au.

30 day return warranty starts on the day you receive the purchased product.

We will issue you a refund cheque within 15 days after we receive a written reclamation letter, copy of your bill and the purchased product.
